On-site, your client signs up (or uses an existing account) and invites you through our Partner Share feature. You need access to their account before you start scanning so everything lives in their space.

Stick labels on boxes, scan them into the shared account and add what's inside

As you pack, scan each label onto a box and tell Box'd what's going in. We'll write the list. All of it goes into your client's account. Optionally, snap photos of the box contents to give your client x-ray vision into the box.

Walk them through finding anything in the app. Show them how to invite family or movers to view their boxes via Partner Share. No need to share their login.

How do I use Box'd with clients?
Print labels before you arrive. On site, your client signs up (or logs in) and invites you with Partner Share. Scan each label onto a box, say what's going in, and it all saves to their account. Hand off search and Partner Share when you're done. See the full workflow for professional organisers.
Whose subscription covers the boxes—you or the client?
Data lives in your client's Box'd account, so their plan is what covers box limits and sharing. You work inside their space through Partner Share.
Can I use one printed stack for different clients?
Yes. Labels aren't tied to anyone until they're scanned. Bring a stack, scan into whichever account you're working in that day.
How does Partner Share work for organisers?
Your client sends you an invite from the app. You accept and pack into their account. When the job ends, they can leave your access on or turn it off. They can invite family or movers the same way.
Do I need to print at the client's house?
No. Print at your office or home. Slap labels on boxes on site and scan into their account.
Why do you need my camera and microphone?
The camera scans labels and snaps photos of what's inside so you don't have to open the box later. The mic is for voice input: say what's inside while your hands are full, and we'll turn it into a list.
Does Box'd work offline at a client's home?
You need internet for sync today. If Wi-Fi is weak, plan breaks where you can reconnect, or hotspot from your phone.
How do I cancel my subscription?
No stress. Manage your subscription in Apple ID settings: Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions on your iPhone. You can cancel or change your plan anytime.
Is there an Android version?
Not yet. Box'd is iOS-only for now, but Android is on the way. Email us if you want a heads-up when it ships.
Who can see my data?
Only you and people you invite through Partner Share. We don't sell your data, and we don't browse your boxes. Support only looks at your account if you ask us to fix something.
Is it free?
Your first 5 boxes are free, no account needed. After that, you can subscribe for unlimited boxes. That keeps the app running (servers, design, coffee).
Can I use Box'd for my own move, not just client jobs?
