By using Box'd, you agree to these simple rules.
1. The Service
Box'd provides a way to label and inventory your physical boxes. While we do our best to help you stay organised, we aren't responsible for any items you might lose or damage during a move. We provide the map; you pack the treasure!
2. Subscriptions & Payments
- The 5-Box Limit: Your first 5 boxes are free. To add more, you’ll need a subscription.
- Payments: All payments are handled securely through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
- Cancellations: You can cancel your subscription at any time through your phone's subscription settings. You’ll keep access until the end of your current billing period.
3. Acceptable Use
Don't use Box'd for anything illegal. We reserve the right to close accounts that violate these terms.
4. Account Termination & Data Loss
You can delete your account at any time via the app settings. This action is irreversible and will permanently remove all your data, including box contents and photos.
Guest Users: If you use Box'd without an account, your data is stored locally on your device. Logging out or deleting the app will result in the immediate and permanent loss of your data. We cannot recover lost guest data.
5. Apple's Standard EULA
In addition to these terms, your use of the app is also governed by Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA).
6. Limitation of Liability
Box'd is provided "as is." We can't guarantee that our "X-ray vision" will find every needle in every haystack, though we sure try our best. We are not liable for any stress, lost modems, or 2:00 AM packing meltdowns.
